27: Dancing Outside Shoppers

While standing outside in line at Shoppers (6 feet apart of course), there was some nice jazzy music playing, coming from the store. I started to dance! Nobody joined me, and in frustration, I called out, "What's the matter with you people, haven't any of you seen The Full Monty?"

Once in the store, I approached the prescription counter just as some workmen were finishing installing a plastic barrier between the staff and the general public. I was first, so I asked for my eye drops and a couple of other OTC items. I passed my Shoppers Optimum to the clerk to process, and paid by debit.

When it came time to give me my bag of items, the bag was too large to fit through the opening in the plastic shield! After a second's hesitation, the clerk simply tossed the bag over the top of the barrier. It was really quite funny!
