Artist Statement

The pandemic is magnifying feelings of loneliness, loss and absence. I look towards the natural world to hold my suffering. Plants, grass, water and the wind offer a possibility to be held, when the weight of grief feels too... heavy to hold on my own. Rather than looking for quick fixes, I sit with the unknown and allow for a new normal to emerge.
